Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Condor Intel platform, website, or API (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Condor Intel, Inc. (“Condor Intel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Condor Intel provides AI-powered prediction market intelligence tools, including market analysis, aggregation, and insights across platforms such as Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, Metaculus, PredictIt, and others. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to make or facilitate real-money trading decisions without independent due diligence

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and data — are the exclusive property of Condor Intel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Prediction market data and AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONDOR INTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Condor Intel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@condorintel.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
